Overview

Connector-Cover - Protection for In-Line Connections
  • Pressure track closure allows for quick installation and accessibility to components inside
  • Jacketing is abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, fluid resistant, and contains anti-fungicide
  • R-Track is installed by using thumb pressure; SLR Slider is also available

Connector-Cover™ (R-Track) is a trapezoidal cover for interconnected components that need protection from the elements. The 63-20 jacketing is RoHS compliant and military grade, meeting MIL-I-631D, Type F, Form S, as well as MIL-I-631, Grade C, Class I, Category 1. The jacketing is abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, fluid resistant, and contains anti-fungicide. The 63-20 material is heat sealed to the R-Track pressure track closure. This PVC pressure track is similar to a zip-lock seal, and can be closed with thumb pressure or utilizing the SLR Slider. The R-Track closure allows for easy installation, as well as the ability to access interconnected components quickly. Connector-Cover™ (R-Track) can also manufactured to be cut to form a tapered cone shape for connector mated to a bulkhead or panel.

Connector-Cover™ can be customized in any size or shape desired. The operational temperature range is -4°F to 221°F (-20°C to 105°C).
