Zip-On®

The Zip-On® family of cable management products are as easy to install as they are to re-open. Whether you are in the field or in the office, the convenience and functionality of Zippertubing's Zip-On® solutions will more than satisfy your cable bundling and protection needs. These products are available in a variety of materials, colors, shapes and sizes.

This product line will feature one of Zippertubing's patented extruded pressure-closure tracks. Available in a wide variety of materials, the Z-Track, R-Track, EZ-Track®, or D-Track closures may be the right choice for you and your application. The outside protective jacket comes in multiple material options including PVC, Polyurethane, and Teflon extruded films. For extra ruggedness and durability, we also offer other Polymer-coated fabric materials.

Any of the Zip-On® pressure tracks are easy to install on your application thanks to the available plier and slider tools. The plier tools are great for long cable runs, while the slider tools are better for those shorter cable runs.

Zip-On® (PVC) is a light-to medium-duty, PVC-extruded pressure track that was specifically engineered and manufactured for your server room, shop, office or many other types of applications where protection, bundling, organization and safety are a necessity.

Unlike the other tracks that Zippertubing® offers, the Zip-On® (PVC) is Zippertubing’s first offering of a single extrusion PVC-jacketing system with a standard diameter of up to 0.44”. However, if the smaller diameter of Zip-On® (PVC) with EZ-Track® is not enough for your specific application, you also have two other viable options;

  1. Add two Zip-On® (PVC) products using EZ-Track® single extrusions together for a new diameter of up to 1”.
  2. Upgrade to one of our raw PVC jacketing materials such as PVL or 63-10, for additional protection of up to 4” in diameter.

The arrowhead-and-channel interlock design closure of EZ-Track® keeps fluid, dust and debris out of your cable bundle. To accomplish even better cable management protection of your cable or wire bundle, simply use Zippertubing’s ZT-Tape to cover the closure.

Each 50-foot roll of Zip-On® (PVC) with EZ-Track® comes standard with an SL-EZ slider tool, and for longer runs over 50 feet, check out Zipptertubing’s ZTEZ-SP plier tool.
