Director of OperationsTim earned his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has experience in the chemical processing industry optimizing throughput and efficiencies as well as experience in the aerospace and space industries where he worked on materials selection, design and processing for avionics, radar and satellite orientation systems. Tim is responsible for manufacturing operations and new process development.
Engineering ManagerScott earned his Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He has experience in systems program management, aerospace systems, optical components, optical systems, semiconductor processing equipment, testing and R&D product development. Scott is currently responsible for overseeing design concepts, new product development and improvement of existing product lines.
Principal EngineerMatt earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. He has many years of experience in the aerospace industry designing electrical subsystems and cable harnesses for missiles and satellite launch systems. Matt is currently responsible for product training, EMI shielding design, new product development, and legacy product support.
Senior Production EngineerJonathan earned his Bachelors of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He has experience designing products, fixtures, gauges, and other manufacturing aids to ensure streamlined processing of material through each phase of production. Jonathan is currently involved in new product development, manufacturing support, and automotive tooling & fixture design.
Material EngineerTaylor earned his Bachelors of Science in Polymer Science & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He has experience developing various material compounds and optimizing their performance characteristics by adjusting process parameters and incorporating additives. Taylor is responsible for new product and materials testing as well as material and process refinement based on industry specific requirements.
