EZ-Track® is a light-to medium-duty, PVC-extruded pressure track that was specifically engineered and manufactured for your server room, shop, office or many other types of applications where protection, bundling, organization and safety are a necessity.
Unlike the other tracks that Zippertubing offers, the EZ-Track® is Zippertubing's first offering of a single extrusion PVC-jacketing system with a standard diameter of up to 0.44". However, if the smaller diameter of the EZ-Track® is not enough for your specific application, you also have two other viable options;
The arrowhead-and-channel interlock design closure of EZ-Track® keeps fluid, dust and debris out of your cable bundle. To accomplish even better cable management protection of your cable or wire bundle, simply use Zippertubing's ZT-Tape® to cover the closure.
Each 50-foot roll of EZ-Track® comes standard with an SL-EZ slider tool, and for longer runs over 50 feet, check out Zipptertubing's ZTEZ-SP plier tool.
Some Zippertubing products (including EZ-Track® TPU) may experience roll memory or curling when removed from their spool and readied for install. This is normal for flexible polymer extruded tracks and jacketing, especially if they are kept in storage for an extended amount of time. If the material curl is making the installation difficult, gently apply heat (with a hair dryer or equivalent) to soften the material and allow for more flexibility and easier handling.
