Overview

  • Can handle extreme temperatures from -300°F to 400°F (-200°C to 204°C)
  • UL-rated for flammability, meeting UL94 V-0
  • Arrowhead and channel locking system for secure closure

Z-Track (FEP) is a pressure track closure made from a single-extruded Teflon® compound. The FEP material has excellent abrasion and heat resistance and can withstand extremely low and high temperature environments. This pressure track can be combined with the FEP or PTG jacketing, or sewn to a heat reflective material. The flame-retardant pressure track utilizes an arrowhead and channel locking system that can be closed with the ZTZ-SP Plier tool. The FEP pressure track is clear in color, but can be customized upon request. This closure system is utilized by the aerospace and heavy duty automotive industries due to the strong, durable properties. The operational temperature range is -300°F to 400°F (-200°C to 204°C).
