Overview

ZTT® (ALHTG) Heat Shielded Pull-Through Cable Bundling
  • ALHTG thermal jacketing offers a superior barrier from high temperatures
  • Stainless-steel core thread covered with Kevlar provides a strong, lasting closure
  • Woven fiberglass is treated with SiO2 for improved heat reflection

ZTT® (ALHTG) is a thermal reflection sleeve engineered for applications that have components exposed to extreme temperatures. The ALHTG jacketing is a woven fiberglass that has a double coating on one side of aluminum/PET film bonded with a silicone adhesive. The fiberglass weave is treated with SiO2 for superior heat reflection. The ALHTG shields from temperatures up to 1,202°F (650°C), making this jacketing ideal for components exposed to extreme heat. The ALHTG jacketing material is also RoHS compliant and flame retardant per FED-STD-191 Method 5903.

ZTT® (ALHTG) is a teardrop shape solution that utilizes a Kevlar thread that has a stainless-steel wire core, sewn in an overlock stitch form. This resilient thread can also withstand extreme temperatures, and provides a lasting closure of the jacketing. ZTT® (ALHTG) is terminated with stainless-steel zipper stops to reinforce the strength and to ensure no fraying of the ends occur. ZTT® (ALHTG) is equipped with a nylon cloth leader that provides an easy way to pull your wires or cables through without requiring disconnection.

ZTT® (ALHTG) is offered for diameters ranging from 0.5” to 7.875”, with custom shapes and sizes available upon request. The operational temperature range is -32°F to 1,202°F (-36°C to 650°C).
