Overview

ZTT® (ALR-550) High Temp Pull-Through Cable Bundling
  • This product provides a complete 360° heat-reflective barrier that can be sewn using an inside, or outside seam
  • ZTT® thermal protective sleeves are installed by pulling through your wires, or cables and are great for high-temperature applications

ZTT® (ALR-550) is a pull-through sleeve that creates a complete heat barrier around wires or cables. The ALR-550 jacketing is made with a fiberglass fabric that has an aluminum metalized coating for superior thermal protection. The ALR-550 material is non-combustible, so you will feel confident your wires and cables inside will stay protected from extremely high temperature exposure. The jacketing is sewn together with a stainless-steel Kevlar thread, which provides a strong seal. The thread is sewn using an “over-lock” stitch that reinforces the secure bond.

ZTT® (ALR-550) does not require any additional tools for installation – simply pull wires or cables through. ZTT® (ALR-550) is offered for diameters ranging from 0.25” to 3”, with custom sizes available upon request. The operational temperature range is -58°F to 1,022°F (-50°C to 550°C).
