We can extrude and process raw, pliable thermoplastic materials to create films and tracks in order to produce a continuous product that can be combined with other materials for a custom solution adaptable to any industry-specific application.

Zippertubing’s broad range of high-tech, highly flexible extruded films include materials that are optimized for specific needs, such as high dielectric strength, resistance to abrasion, and environmental or chemical hazards, while exhibiting high flexibility. Many of our extruded films may be configured for round, flat, or rectangular cables, and can be combined with our other shielding materials to create a flexible cable management and protection jacketing solution.

At The Zippertubing® Company, we have the ability to extrude PVC, polyurethanes, and other thermoplastic film materials through a highly sophisticated heated extruder to produce flexible materials formed by inline dies.

Choose from our array of extrusion materials to create a custom solution with your desired attributes.

Many of our extruded films and tracks are comprised of certified RoHS and Mil-Spec materials. Once paired with one of our extruded films, the tracks can be configured for round, flat, or rectangular cables, and can also be combined with our EMI shielding materials to create a reliable, flexible product.
