Kynar® is a polyvinylidene fluoride heat shrink tubing. The flexible material has excellent fluid resistance and copper corrosion resistance. This material meets MIL-DTL-23053/18 Class 3, making this heat shrink perfect for the military. The heat shrink tubing is also flame retardant with meeting UL224, VW-1. Kynar® is used for our Shrink-N-Shield® (PVDF) EMI shielding heat shrink, which is the ideal solution for severe-duty applications. Kynar® has an operational temperature range of -67°F to 221°F (-55°C to 150°C).
