  • Engineered to provide heat shielding for interconnected wires and cables from temperatures up to 350°F
  • Snap button closure system allows for quick installation with no disassembly required
  • Easily access components inside whenever necessary

Connector-Cover® (ALP-500) is a heat shielding solution that combines the high-temperature ALP-500 jacketing with stainless-steel snap buttons. The ALP-500 material is a lightweight polymer-coated fiberglass with a reflective aluminum foil. The jacketing can withstand temperatures up to 350°F, is flame retardant and RoHS compliant. The two pieces ALP-500 material that make up Connector-Cover® (ALP-500) are securely sewn with a strong Kevlar thread. The stainless-steel snaps provide a quick and easy installation, as well as the ability to access wires or cables whenever needed.

Connector-Cover® (ALP-500) is offered in a 4” by 9” trapezoidal shape, with custom sizes and shapes available upon request. Connector-Cover® (ALP-500) has an operational temperature range of -58°F to 350°F (-50°C to 177°C).
