Overview

  • Secure fastener
  • Heat-weldable adhesive
  • Can be peeled apart to disengage

Heat Sealable Hook-and-Loop is a secure tape fastener consisting of two mating woven strips with a heat-weldable adhesive on the reverse side for attaching to flexible plastic materials.

Heat Sealable Hook-and-Loop provides a tape fastener consisting of two mating woven strips made from nylon. One strip has small, stiff hooks and the other has tiny, soft fabric loops. When the strips are pressed together they form a secure fastener, which can be peeled apart to disengage. The reverse side of hook-and-loop has a clear, heat-weldable adhesive allowing for the attachment to flexible plastic materials.

The advantage of these hook-and-loop materials is to provide a more versatile wrap-around product line. As with many of our other customizable products, we can now offer you more cut-to-length products for just about every application, from the automotive field to the military. Cutting a Zippertubing® jacket and the heat sealable hook-and-loop allows you to use the product in more applications, including alternative custom installations.

Heat Sealable Hook-and-Loop comes in black or white; custom colors are available upon request. Operational temperature ranges from -20°F to 200°F (-28°C to 93°C).
