Snap-Grip (Zipflect) Infographic
  • Easy-to-install, no tools required, cut-to-length snap-button closure
  • Wide operational temperature range of -58°F to 392°F (-50°C to 200°C)
  • Lightweight, non-fiberglass, polyester heat-reflective material with excellent thermal effectiveness

Perfect for the automotive industry, Snap-Grip® (ZIPFLECT) is a lightweight, heat-reflective cable management and component protection solution equipped with stainless steel snap buttons to enable a quick application. The jacketing is made from high-temperature, fire retardant, polyester felt cloth, which is laminated on one side to a reflective Aluminum surface. Snap-Grip® (ZIPFLECT) is used for heat-barrier protection applications.

Snap-Grip® (ZIPFLECT) organizes and bundles your components or cables quickly and easily while allowing continued access to the components inside. Standard diameter sizes for Snap-Grip® (ZIPFLECT) range from 0.375” to 6.0”, with custom shapes and sizes available upon request. The product has a wide operational temperature range of -58°F to 392°F (-50°C to 200°C).

Snap-Grip® (ZIPFLECT) requires no tools, allowing for fast, clean installation. Because of the spacing between snaps, it can easily be cut to any length required.

If this product has the materials you want, but not the size or shape you are after, our team of Engineers will work with you to develop a custom solution utilizing our stainless steel snaps and ZIPFLECT material. From there, our team of experienced production workers will use Zippertubing’s knife, laser or punch press to provide you with a highly effective non-fiberglass thermal protective solution specific to your needs.
