Engineered for superior protection and bundling, Z flex® (63) is the ideal solution for applications in rugged environments. Z flex® (63) is made from the abrasion-resistant, fluid-resistant, chemical-resistant, and fungus-resistant 63-20 jacketing that is 0.02” thick. The double heat-sealed edges completely protect interior components from dust, debris, fluid and other harsh environmental conditions. Z flex® (63) is supplied in reel form, can be easily cut to various lengths and features a nylon oxford cloth leader for easy pull-through installation.

The 63-20 jacketing is a military-grade PVC film with many resistant properties. The jacketing is RoHS compliant and meets MIL-I-631D, Type F, Form S, as well as MIL-I-631, Grade C, Class I, Category 1.

Z flex® (63) is ideal for flat cables ranging from 1” to 3.5” with custom sizes and lengths available upon request. Z flex® (63) has an operational temperature range of -4°F to 221°F (-20°C to 105°C).
